Martin Residential Carpet Cleaning Process
Cleaning appointments are scheduled within a window of time that is most convenient for you, our valued customer.
Our two-person uniformed crews are background checked, drug tested, and insured.
Lead Technicians are IICRC Certified and meet all major carpet manufacturer warranty training and certification requirements.
Upon arrival at your home our technicians will perform a pre-inspection with you of the rooms and/or furniture to be cleaned and will make note of any areas that require special attention or care. During this time, the technician will also make sure they fully understand your expectations and address any questions or concerns you may have.
During the cleaning process, furniture will be moved (with the exception of pieces that are deemed unsafe or too large to move) and have protective blocks placed beneath them.
Stain protection and/or deodorizer, if requested, are applied during the cleaning process.
The Technician will perform a final inspection with you to confirm your complete satisfaction with the cleaning and answer any remaining questions or concerns you may have.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 7 business days and we will be happy to address your concerns.
